ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own and drive content strategy for the US market at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the AI-powered business communication space. You will define the brand voice across the entire customer journey and work end-to-end on projects alongside a small, ambitious team where your work has direct, visible impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own content marketing for the US market, shaping how businesses discover, understand, and trust the product.

• Define the brand voice across the customer journey, including performance ads, landing pages, organic content, and product messaging.

• Write and maintain website and landing page copy specifically for the US market.

• Write high-performing copy for paid channels including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

• Script ad creatives for video platforms such as YouTube and paid social.

• Create and execute organic content strategies across social media platforms.

• Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic content.

• Improve messaging effectiveness through user research, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

• Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, or Growth Marketing.

• Proven background in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing software environment.

• Outstanding English writing skills specifically tuned for a US audience, with native or C2 proficiency.

• Strong grasp of performance marketing principles and conversion-focused copywriting.

• Hands-on experience writing for paid channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and scripting video ad creatives.

• Track record of building and executing organic social content strategies.

• Analytical mindset with experience using A/B testing and performance data to refine content.

• Experience conducting or applying user research to sharpen messaging.

• Comfort contributing to product positioning and GTM strategy.

• Self-directed and effective in a fast-moving, low-structure startup environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $70,000 to $150,000 USD annually, depending on experience. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

This is an on-site role based in New York, New York, United States.
