ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a high-velocity, inbound-focused Account Executive role at a fast-growing AI-powered business communication startup. You will own the full sales cycle, running multiple qualified demos every day and closing deals that directly drive company growth. You will work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to sharpen the sales motion as the team scales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct 8 to 16 qualified inbound discovery and demo calls per day, with no cold outreach required.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from first contact through closing, working to monthly and quarterly quota targets.
- Manage warm leads, prepare structured follow-ups, and keep your CRM pipeline accurate and up to date.
- Ensure smooth handovers to the Customer Success team after each deal closes.
- Relay customer feedback to Marketing and contribute to reliable sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the inbound sales motion.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Native-level German proficiency, with strong phone and demo presence.
- At least 1 year of B2B SaaS sales experience with hands-on, end-to-end closing responsibility.
- Proven track record of closing deals along a defined B2B SaaS sales funnel.
- Experience running high-volume inbound discovery and product demos, rather than enterprise or relationship-led sales motions.
- Comfortable as an individual-contributor Account Executive owning a quota.
- Structured approach to lead management, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene.
- Startup or scaleup SaaS experience is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to work on-site in Vienna, with hybrid work possible.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
OTE: 70,000 to 120,000 EUR annually (competitive base plus uncapped commission). Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
LOCATION
On-site in Vienna, Austria, with hybrid work possible. Candidates must be able and willing to work from the Vienna office.
