ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a foundational enterprise sales role at a fintech company building identity and trust infrastructure for businesses across Europe. As the first Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for complex, high-value deals and play a direct role in shaping product-market fit alongside product and customer success teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account expansion.
- Build and manage a pipeline of large enterprise prospects across Europe, targeting key decision makers at scale.
- Develop deep relationships with CTOs, CPOs, engineering leaders, and other senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to navigate complex deals and ensure smooth customer onboarding and success.
- Gather customer insights and feed them back to the product team to help refine product-market fit.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5 or more years of enterprise sales experience selling complex technical products to large organizations.
- Proven track record closing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals in fast-moving, competitive environments.
- Strong technical acumen and comfort engaging with engineering and product leadership on their terms.
- Experience managing the full enterprise sales cycle from lead generation through closing and expansion.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage robust pipelines and hit aggressive targets.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on complex deals.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to create structure in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
- Experience selling into European enterprise markets is a strong plus.
- Background in identity, fintech, or payments sectors is a strong plus.
- Availability to work in an EU-compatible timezone is required.
LOCATION
Based in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands. On-site or remote arrangements are both considered for this role. Visa sponsorship is not available.
