As an Executive Assistant at Patriot Growth Insurance Services, you will serve as a trusted partner to a member of senior leadership, helping create the focus, organization, and momentum needed to drive business results. This is more than administrative support. It is a high-trust role that enables an executive to operate effectively by managing priorities, streamlining communication, and ensuring critical initiatives move forward.

You will act as an extension of the executive you support, helping navigate a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. Working closely with senior leaders, board members, and key stakeholders, you will bring professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment to every interaction.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Manage and optimize a complex executive calendar, balancing competing priorities and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.

• Prepare the executive for daily and weekly commitments by ensuring materials, context, and key priorities are organized and readily available.

• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, presentation materials, logistics, and follow-up actions.

• Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries, while responding quickly and effectively to last-minute schedule or travel changes.

• Draft, edit, and manage executive communications while maintaining the executive's voice, priorities, and professionalism.

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-through.

• Handle confidential business, personnel, and strategic information with exceptional discretion and judgment.

• Support key projects and initiatives through research, status tracking, presentation development, and coordination across teams.

• Comfortable operating with autonomy while knowing when to escalate issues or seek guidance.

What You Bring

Day One:

• 2 to 4 years of administrative, executive support, or related professional experience in a fast-paced business environment.

• Experience managing calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and supporting multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

• Proficiency with business productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration platforms.

• High School Diploma or GED.

Valuable Additions:

• Experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or C-suite stakeholders.

• Experience coordinating leadership meetings, large-scale meetings, conferences, or events.

• Experience within the insurance industry.

• Experience working in a growing, decentralized, or multi-location organization.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or comparable professional experience.

Pay Range: Posted below*

*Any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with applicable state pay transparency laws, considering relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis. Roles may also be eligible for a supplemental compensation, such as performance-based bonus, commission, or equity. Specific eligibility will be discussed with Talent Acquisition team.
