Executive Assistant
Patriot Growth Insurance Services | Remote, USA | Temporary Full-Time Schedule (40 Hours/Week)

As an Executive Assistant, you'll serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, helping drive focus, accountability, and execution across critical business priorities. Working closely with senior executives, you'll help coordinate strategic initiatives, manage competing priorities, and strengthen communication across teams. Your ability to balance operational excellence with proactive problem-solving will play an important role in supporting organizational effectiveness and business growth. This position goes beyond traditional administrative support by serving as a strategic partner who helps leaders stay aligned, informed, and focused on high-impact priorities.
Work Arrangement: This position is fully remote and may be performed anywhere within the United States. This is a temporary assignment expected to begin on October 19, 2026 and conclude on March 19, 2027. While the position follows a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, it will be coded as a temporary part-time position and is not eligible for benefits.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Manage executive calendars and priorities, ensuring leadership time aligns with strategic initiatives and business objectives.
- Coordinate leadership and board meetings by preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up action items that keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Support executive communications by drafting correspondence, triaging requests, and helping leaders navigate competing priorities.
- Track strategic initiatives, deadlines, and key deliverables while proactively identifying risks and ensuring timely follow-through.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials that enable effective decision-making and executive visibility.
- Coordinate travel, accommodations, and itineraries while balancing efficiency, cost effectiveness, and business needs.
- Partner with executive leadership to strengthen cross-functional collaboration, communication, and accountability across the organization.
- Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and organizational alignment.

What You Bring
Day One:
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and leadership or board-level meetings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, project coordination, and time management abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Valuable Additions:
- Experience working within the insurance industry.
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives, executive-level operations, or cross-functional projects.
- Experience developing or improving organizational processes and communication workflows.
- Experience tracking goals, milestones, and executive-level action plans.
- Ability to travel with executives as business needs require.

Pay Range: Posted below*
*Any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with applicable state pay transparency laws, considering relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis. Roles may also be eligible for a supplemental compensation, such as performance-based bonus, commission, or equity. Specific eligibility will be discussed with Talent Acquisition team.
