ABOUT THE ROLE

Leland has a massive library of content: hours of livestreams, webinars, coach sessions, and courses packed with expert advice on getting into school, getting the job, and working with AI. Most of it never makes it onto social. We're hiring a Social Media Manager to change that. You'll turn our existing library into a steady stream of native posts across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X, and you'll build the AI-powered system that lets you do it at a volume a traditional social team couldn't. You'll report to our Content & Creative Lead. If you live on these platforms, have great taste, and love building systems, we'd love to chat with you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

TURN OUR LIBRARY INTO CONTENT

• Mine our livestreams, webinars, courses, and coach content for the best moments, then clip, edit, caption, and repackage them for each platform

• Publish daily across our channels and grow reach, impressions, and followers

• Know when to be funny and when to be polished. Interview advice from a former McKinsey partner shouldn't read like a meme, and a meme shouldn't read like a press release

• Engage in comments, DMs, and other people's posts to build a real community around our accounts

BUILD THE MACHINE

• Design and build an AI-powered workflow for finding clips, editing, captioning, scheduling, and reporting, using tools like Claude, CapCut, and n8n or Zapier

• Keep improving it so output goes up and time per post goes down

• Set up templates and brand guardrails so volume never comes at the cost of quality

LEARN WHAT WORKS

• Track performance and share a short weekly read on what's working and what isn't

• Stay on top of algorithm and format changes and test new formats early

• Help our coaches and team post more on LinkedIn, and make it easy for them

• Pass winning organic content to performance marketing so it can be put behind paid

ABOUT YOU

• 2–4 years running social for a brand, media company, or creator, with accounts you've grown and can show us

• Native to how these platforms work right now; you know what's working this week, not last year

• High taste. You can tell when something is good and when it's almost good

• A fast, solid video editor in tools like CapCut, Premiere, or Descript

• You've built automations or AI workflows before, or you're the person who can't stop tinkering with them

• Organized enough to run a high-volume calendar without dropping things

• Bonus: experience in edtech, marketplaces, AI enablement or selling to L&D/university buyers, or building a following of your own
