As an Assistant to a Senior Director, you will help maximize the leader's time, strengthen team effectiveness and represent NIKE with professionalism. You will build trusted relationships with the Senior Director, the Leadership Team, employees and external NIKE partners and accounts.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As an Assistant, you will perform a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Manage complex calendars and expenses

• Establish and maintain proactive, consistent communication between the Sales Director and Leadership Teams across EMEA and Global
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Serve as an accessible and trusted point of contact for the manager, team and broader organization
• Build and maintain a strong, collaborative network across the team, colleagues and assistant community
• Coordinate meetings and travel for the Sales Director
• Support the planning and delivery of sales events, including retailer alliance meetings and go-to-market events
• Manage purchase orders
• Track travel, organizational charts and FTO
• Provide backup support for other Assistants and functional Assistants when needed
• Enable clear and timely information sharing across relevant topics, including applications and training

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven experience as an Assistant in an international environment
• Fluent in English and in Spanish, written and spoken
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Available to work full time, 40 hours per week
• Able to work flexible hours when business needs require
• Based in Barcelona, with occasional travel for offsites and meetings
