Role Summary Lead the HR function to deliver effective HR strategies, programs, and services that support business objectives, employee development, engagement, and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with management and Corporate HR to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, employment legislation, employee relations, and performance management.
- Manage labor relations, collective bargaining, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, relocation, talent management, succession planning, and expatriate HR processes.
- Develop and implement training and workforce development initiatives for national and expatriate employees.
- Manage and develop the HR team and ensure effective HR service delivery.
- Lead internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage HR budgets and resources while driving continuous improvement.
- Daily report to Zijin HQ.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of HR management experience.
- Experience in a unionized and multicultural/international environment.
- Strong experience in labour relations, collective bargaining, compensation and benefits.
- Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.
