About the Team:The People Development & Experience team is responsible for how Zoox grows and engages its people as we scale. Our scope spans learning & development, performance, engagement, and belonging, and we approach all of it with a focus on enabling real, lasting capability across the organization. About the Role: We're looking for an experienced L&D Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You bring strong L&D expertise and genuine business acumen, navigate environments where priorities evolve, and leadership input shapes direction, and deliver real impact without waiting for perfect conditions. You'll lead a small, developing L&D team while owning the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our core learning programs.
