We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own our day-to-day healthcare professional digital presence and help grow our HCP community through compelling content, social media, and paid digital campaigns. This is a hands-on, high-ownership individual contributor role. You’ll build the operating rhythm from the ground up—strategy, execution, testing, measurement, and reporting. You’ll report to our Director of Affiliate Partnerships and work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations to grow verified healthcare professional registrations and an online audience. Alongside marketing, you’ll spend approximately 5 hours per week supporting our member reward/account-crediting operations and helping with the development of AI-driven workflows.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

HCP-Focused Social Media (organic)

• Own our HCP organic social strategy and execution (primary channel: LinkedIn, Google)

• Build and run a content calendar aligned to business priorities and member interests

• Turn internal assets (research, survey results, member insights, product updates, testimonials) into high-performing posts

• Engage with the community and build a reusable library of templates and brand-consistent assets (primarily in Canva)

• Run ongoing experiments across formats (static, carousel, short-form video, polls, educational threads, member stories)

Paid acquisition (LinkedIn, Google, Meta)

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager plus Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager

• Develop targeting strategies for HCPs across priority markets

• Own creative and messaging testing across audiences, placements, keywords, and bids

• Monitor pacing and performance and make fast, evidence-based optimizations

• Partner with Affiliate Partnerships on co-marketing opportunities and market launches

Measurement & growth optimization

• Own UTM governance and campaign tracking hygiene

• Partner with Product to implement and QA conversion tracking (tags/pixels/events)

• Establish a reporting cadence (weekly snapshot + deeper monthly learnings)

• Translate insights into a prioritized backlog of recommendations (messaging, landing pages, conversion friction)

Member reward ops (time-boxed ~5 hours/week)

• Process member reward/account credits accurately and on time

• Support AI-assisted reward/account-crediting workflows and validate outputs

• Perform quality checks, document recurring issues, and suggest process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition

• Proven experience running paid campaigns in LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta Ads

• Strong copywriting skills for professional audiences (excellent written English)

• Experience building and managing content calendars and publishing workflows

• Strong creative execution skills (Canva or equivalent) and comfort producing assets quickly

• A testing mindset: you can form hypotheses, run experiments, interpret results, and iterate

• Comfort handling light operational/administrative work that requires accuracy and discretion

• Strong organization and attention to detail (especially with tracking, UTMs, and reporting)

• Comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, improve response quality, and increase speed without compromising data integrity or customer experience

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to healthcare professionals or medical communities

• Experience running multi-market campaigns (US/CA/UK/EU)

• Spanish, French, German, or Italian (English is required; local-language support is available when needed)

• GA4 familiarity and comfort with tagging/tracking concepts (GTM, pixels, Insight Tag, conversion events)

• Experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, or analysis
