Who are we hiring? The Coordinator/Senior Coordinator Talent Acquisition is a proactive and highly organized recruiting professional responsible for supporting high-volume and early career hiring initiatives across the Madison Square Garden Family of Companies. This role owns the end-to-end execution of recruitment for the Student Associate program across two annual cycles while supporting full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and high-volume positions with a strong focus on process rigor, operational excellence, and delivering consistent hiring results. The ideal candidate brings strong program management skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across stakeholders to create an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen the company’s talent pipeline.

What will you do?

• Lead the end-to-end execution of the Student Associate program across Summer and Business Season cycles, including full program management, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, programming, and offboarding, while continuously enhancing processes to improve scalability and program impact.

• Support the Venue’s team with hiring events and coordination on Full and Part time roles

• Partner with HRBPs, senior business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on hiring needs, streamline recruiting operations, and ensure timely, high-quality hiring outcomes across early career and high-volume roles.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and entry-level positions, developing innovative sourcing strategies and diverse talent pipelines through campus partnerships, referrals, social media, and targeted outreach initiatives. Define and track key program metrics and KPIs, leveraging dashboards and analytics to monitor performance, identify risks, and drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, recruitment best practices, and guidance on candidate assessment and selection strategies.

• Build and deliver executive-level reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline health, hiring progress, and program performance; translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.

• Oversee recruitment operations within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), ensuring data integrity, process rigor, and effective management of multiple concurrent requisitions and hiring cycles.

• Support onboarding and pre-employment processes in partnership with internal teams and external vendors, while training and mentoring team members on recruiting workflows, tools, and operational best practices with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

• Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

What do you need to succeed?

• 1-2+ years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR experience with a focus on high-volume recruiting, early career hiring, internship programs, or program management; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting and execute multi-cycle early career or internship programs with strong attention to detail, organization, and operational excellence.

• Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment while driving consistent results.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

• Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging recruiting analytics, reporting tools, and insights to improve processes, scalability, and hiring outcomes.

• Strong technical proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR technologies, including Greenhouse, Oracle HCM, and related recruiting platforms preferred.

• Passion for early career talent development, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and continuously improving recruiting processes and operational efficiency.

• Experience with campus recruiting, employer branding, and university partnerships preferred.

Pay Range

$45,000 — $70,000 USD
