Assertive Professionals is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager supporting our DoD/DoW customer in  Quantico, VA.

This position provides  80 hours of paid leave annually, accrued throughout the year plus 11 federal holidays.  Paid leave accruals vary by contract and are established based on customer requirements and the contractual level of effort. The salary range for this position is structured with this annual leave allocation incorporated into the compensation model.

• Additional PTO may be given for excused government absences.

The salary for this position is $110,000 , based on the candidate meeting or exceeding the position requirements. Employees are also eligible for a  $1,200 annual corporate compliance bonus  for time and attendance compliance. In addition, candidates are eligible for either a  $2,000 sign-on bonus or up to $2,000 in relocation cost reimbursement .

Responsibilities Include:

The Senior IT Project Manager will support DCSA IT projects through technical writing and documentation, first-tier customer support, process improvement and change management, requirements-document development, project and schedule tracking, program reviews and IPTs, IT management controls and performance measures, regulatory and compliance support, development of IT Operational Project Management Plans, AARs and RCAs, IT SOP development, and monitoring of project risks, compliance, budget, performance, quality, and efficiency.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret Clearance

• 10 years of relevant experience

• A Master’s degree OR a minimum of five (5) years of experience leading or supporting complex projects

• 5 years of experience supporting project planning, scheduling, risk management, or performance reporting

• Must possess competencies in technical writing, business strategy, Lean Six Sigma/SCRUM team leadership and/or DAWIA Program and Procurement Management, Project Management and/or Procurement methodologies

• Working knowledge of applying Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and other applicable Federal Regulations and DoD/DoW policies

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP)

Onsite Position Requirements -  This position requires regular onsite work at a government/customer facility. The employee must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to:
