ABOUT THE ROLE

Having established payout operations in Brazil, LemFi is expanding aggressively across Latin America - launching and scaling in Colombia, Guatemala, and Mexico. This is the role that makes that expansion real. As Senior Growth Manager - LATAM, you will own our market expansion strategy end-to-end. Reporting directly to the Head of LATAM, you will work across paid channels, organic strategy, local agency partners, and product teams to drive massive user acquisition in each market.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND OWN

• Own new sender growth across active LATAM markets, setting the strategy for each country based on community behaviour, competitive dynamics, and channel economics.

• Run paid growth: brief the performance marketing team, interpret CAC, CTR, and conversion data daily, and make fast decisions on campaigns, creatives, and spend allocation.

• Manage organic and community channels, including agency and influencer relationships, directing output rather than executing it yourself.

• Act as the product voice for the region: use data to identify drop-off points (KYC friction, latency, onboarding gaps) and push clearly reasoned improvements to the product team.

• Build the market-entry playbook for each new LATAM country, mapping community geography, competitor landscape, and the right channel mix before launch.

• Decide when to hire or bring in external resources for a market, and make the case with data to support it.

• Use AI tools to speed up your own analysis, campaign briefing, and competitor research, and hold yourself to the standard of always validating the output before acting on it.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of experience in growth, sales, field marketing, or community-led roles.

• Proven track record in growth at a fintech, remittance, or consumer tech company, having owned meaningful KPIs (new users, CAC, conversion) across multiple channels at the same time.

• Deep familiarity with LATAM diaspora communities, including the US-based corridors, and a genuine understanding of how community behaviour differs by market (not just in theory).

• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns and reading performance data, with a clear instinct for when to scale, when to pause, and why.

• Managed an 8-figure annual growth budget, making spend decisions with accountability for the outcome.

• Strong enough on data to diagnose product and funnel problems yourself, not just brief an analyst. You can pull a report, spot the anomaly, and form a view.

• Experience managing agencies or external partners and getting strong output from them without micromanaging.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-scaling, high-ambiguity environment where the brief changes and the answer is rarely handed to you.

NICE TO HAVE

• Direct experience launching a product or channel in one or more of Colombia, Mexico, or Guatemala.

• Existing network within the LATAM growth or fintech ecosystem (operators, agencies, community leaders).

• Fluency in Spanish, particularly in a professional or client-facing context.
